Reservations
You may email Dr. Lépes and request a telephone conference before you make a reservation.
Please send the following information in your reservation request:

Email address
Mobile phone number
Alternate phone number
Number and type of pets
Requested dates
Confirmation
A deposit of 25% of fees and US$500 for travel will confirm your reservation. This is due 60 days before reservation date.
An additional 25% of fees and the balance of travel expenses are due 30 days before reservation dates.
You will be sent an invoice by email which you can pay via PayPal which accepts all major credit cards.
The balance of charges is due when you return home.
Reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to reservation date for a full refund.
If you have an emergency we will do our best to accommodate your needs for your pets.
Once you are confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire concerning your pets' health history and special needs.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
